Faq's

YogaAhar/Natural Diet System (NDS) means engineering of diet/food. It helps in staying healthy and fit without medications, without any side-effects in zero cost.

  1. Eating food or drinking liquids without chewing properly leads to constipation which is the root cause of all diseases.
  2. Eating more than needed, in improper quantities produces waste produce (fat deposits of excess food consumed) in blood, intestines and various organs of the body. This may lead to various kinds of conditions such as kidney stones, heart blockage and more.
  3. Since cooked food is acidic in nature by default, eating cooked food thrice a day makes the body acidic and pH value of blood acidic which should otherwise be alkaline in nature. It also leads to nutrition deficiency. So one should not eat cooked food all the time!

Large intestine can be cleansed through Enema (port, pump or direct – connected to the tap)

Take proper amount of MalShuddi powder or tablets or Trifla powder or tablets  at the right time.

  1. Try to do activities that will make you perspire such as Yoga, Pranayam or any kind of Physical Activity.
  2. Fasting, one should eat only 8 hours a day and fast for the remaining 16 hours to cleanse the blood and keep the body fit as a fiddle!

  1. Sour foods help in cleansing of the organs of our body. Sour/citric foods such as Amla (gooseberry), Himalayan berry (cleanses the smallest, tiniest cells of the organs even!)
  1. Nutritional Foods: All foods (when uncooked) that float on water provides nutrition. These foods only provide nutrition. They do not give energy to the body. All foods when cooked lose their floating capacity and nutritional value and hence only provide energy to the body.
  2. Calorie Foods: All foods (when uncooked) that cannot float on water but instead sinks provides energy to the body. These foods do not give nutrition to the body.
  3. Body Workers: Chlorophyll present in green foods (especially green leafy vegetables) gets converted to natural hemoglobin in human body which is nothing but body workers required for doing important activities such as sending adequate amount of oxygen to all organs of the body, releasing adequate amount of energy from foods and more. Findla juice is natural hemoglobin and people wanting to increase hemoglobin levels in the blood should consume it on a daily basis.
  4. Alkaline Foods: All raw food (fruits, vegetables, beans and more) when consumed makes the body/pH value of blood alkaline in nature. All cooked foods are acidic in nature and makes the body/blood acidic which is the root cause and one of the leading primary cause of all diseases.
  5. Dairy Products: Sick people should quit dairy products to recover from their illnesses really quickly as these products increases cough, pitta and vaayu in the body which is one of the leading causes of all illnesses, diseases and conditions.

Green foods have chlorophyll (Mg) that gets converted to hemoglobin (Fe) upon digestion. Hemoglobin helps in releasing energy from foods, sends adequate amount of oxygen to all the organs of the body and more. Hence one should consume green leafy vegetables on a daily basis.

  1. Sweet Foods: Sweet foods provide energy, increases weight and cough in the body.
  2. Sour/Citric Foods: Reduces weight, cleanses the body and increases vaayu in the body.
  3. Spicy Foods: Increases pitta in the body, produces watery saliva in the mouth and controls/reducesillnesses inducing, disease producing viruses in the body.
  4. Bitter Foods: Kills illnesses inducing, disease producing viruses in the body.
  1. Sick people should consume raw food thrice a day everyday until they get better.
  2. People living in cities and comfortable settings not requiring much physical activity should consume raw food twice a day.
  3. People living in rural areas requiring heavy physical activity should consume raw foods once a day.
  1. People not doing any form of exercise, yoga or physical activity serving as cardio and strengthening mechanism should fast at least once a day for 4-6-8 hours depending on their age.
  1. One should fast to cleanse the body and most importantly any impurities in the blood.
